1. Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

✔ Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

✔ Net Banking

✔ UPI & Wallet Payments

All transactions must be completed in Indian Rupees (INR) as per the legal tender in India. We do not support transactions in foreign currencies.

2. Payment Authorization & Security

Customers must ensure they have sufficient authorization for transactions.

Payment failures due to bank restrictions, insufficient funds, or incorrect details are the customer’s responsibility.

To enhance security, we may request additional verification (such as government-issued ID, address proof, PAN card) before processing high-value orders.

3. Transaction Processing & Confirmation

Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.

If the transaction is declined for any reason, the order will not be processed.

In case of delayed payment confirmation due to banking issues, we will notify you accordingly.

4. Refund & Reversal of Payments

Refunds are issued only in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Any eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Refunds will be issued in Indian Rupees (INR) only and may take 7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

5. Payment Facility Disclaimer

Our payment gateway acts as a facilitator and does not assume liability for failed transactions, non-delivery, or product/service-related disputes.

We do not guarantee the identity or credibility of any user involved in the transaction.

Any disputes arising from payment processing must be resolved directly with your bank or payment provider.

6. Fraud Prevention & Compliance

Transactions flagged as suspicious may be subject to additional verification or cancellation.

Any misuse of the payment facility may result in legal action and account suspension.

We comply with RBI and banking regulations to ensure a secure and transparent transaction process.
